1. THR350

A whole vertical section of the building’s façades has been torn out, and the gap has been filled with three enormous, elongated ice cubes that, when you struggle up the hill a little, appear to be falling into the swimming pool in an elegantly detailed podium. This is almost missed when you climb up Blue Pool Road’s dizzying zigzag.
The exteriors on each side of the cascading ice cubes appear to be built of professional office-style curtain walling, in contrast to the nearby concrete apartment buildings. However, given that this is in a posh neighbourhood of Hong Kong, it is impossible for this to be anything other than a home. It is quite evident that it is for a unique client.
2. Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port

Hong Kong Port is the entry point into Hong Kong from the 42-kilometre Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), which serves the strategic aim of facilitating better integration between cities surrounding the Pearl River Delta.

3. Hong Kong West Kowloon Station

It is important to connect the station with the local urban context since it serves as the “gateway” to Hong Kong and informs travellers upon arrival or departure that they are in Hong Kong. The layout more effectively combined all supporting spaces to create a very huge void down into the departure hall below.

The roof structure above makes a gesture toward the harbour while the exterior ground plane knelt down to the hallway. The end result is a volume that is around 40 metres high and directs all attention through the south façade toward views of Victoria Peak and Hong Kong’s Central cityscape beyond.
4. The Forum

The Forum reconstruction is an all-encompassing plan that unifies the new office structure with its surroundings and revitalises the Exchange Square project as a whole. The new construction visually and physically expands the area and adds a fresh element that fits in well with its surroundings. Precious gems served as inspiration for architecture.

A great double-height lobby and covered walkway are accessible from the plaza through its form, which gently leans back. With 2.9 metres of floor-to-ceiling space and no columns, this Grade-A office in the centre of the Central area recalls a custom setting with plenty of natural light coming from all elevations.
