MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT HISTORY
Craig Robins, a native of Miami, began purchasing properties in the Miami Design District more than 20 years ago after realizing the area’s potential. His vision was to revitalize a run-down area of Miami and turn it into a distinctive creative neighborhood with excellent architecture, design, and experiences. This unique vision for the area has now come to pass. Currently, the District is a thriving neighborhood where locals and guests can enjoy fantastic shopping, chef-driven restaurants, top-notch museums, and an abundance of outdoor space.
WHERE TO HAVE A DINNER IN MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT
L’ATELIER DE JOËL ROBUCHON

The South Florida branch of the legendary L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon opens its doors in August 2019. The eagerly awaited restaurant exceeded diners’ expectations with its contemporary French fare, served at a distinctive 34-seat dining counter that confronts the open kitchen and allows for lively interaction between the chefs and diners.
LE JARDINIER

Alain Verzeroli, a longstanding protégé of Jol Robuchon and the restaurant’s culinary director, designed Le Jardinier as a casually chic, vegetable-focused eatery. The restaurant has a sizable outdoor eating area as well as an inventive beverage menu.
COTE MIAMI

In Miami’s Design District sits COTE, the Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated KOREAN STEAKHOUSETM of owner Simon Kim. As a result, a distinctive and friendly ambiance is created, enhancing the great dining experience with top-notch ingredients.
