The Coastal Pavilions Freycinet Lodge located in Coles Bay, Australia, is a project built to enhance the unique environment and experiences offered in Tasmania. Liminal Architecture was the company responsible for planning this quality, contemporary, eco-sensitive, and architecturally innovative lodge that gathers 60 cabins of accommodation.
A space that respects and emanates the natural context from its beginning since the construction management was planned to minimize disturbance to the flora and fauna habitats. Framed by the Freycinet National Park, and its pink-orange granite mountains and coastline, the layout of this lodge bends and curves with floor-to-ceiling curved glass windows and integrates a generous deck with a sunken sustainability was addressed through engaging local manufacturers, contracters, and artisans, again reemphasizing the experience of place.

Establish on a tiny downtown in New York, the 18 Robinson combines the modern architecture with nature. Designed by the Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, and American architecture firm focused on sustainable constructions, this building enhances “the physical, cultural, and environmental context of contemporary Singapore”. With a green aesthetic, the 18 Robinson provides a comfortable and restful environment, full of flora and open spaces. The balanced elements of the faceted tower are visually dynamic and contrasted to the forest of simply extruded rectilinear towers that surround it.

In Moscow, the n.n. Residence is a particular project developed by J.MAYER H. und Partner and Architekten mbB, whose building distinguishes by its cantilevered and curved stories, the transitions between inside and outside, and the separation of the landscape and the construction through layered topography blurs. This private residence placed in a rural area along the River Moskva combines privacy with openness by the modulation of gentle hills and closed air spaces. The bedrooms on the upper floors have direct access to the garden despite being located deep inside and remain undisclosed.
