That has influenced Thomas Heatherwick, and now he owns a studio that has a particular approach to designing buildings. The world\u2019s first major botanical institution is in London, where they have a project where they\u2019ve been collecting 25 per cent of all the world\u2019s plant species. Thomas realized that seeds aren\u2019t so common, so they had to create a project with seeds \u2013 The Seed Cathedral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through a different view of design, by focusing less on the object and more on design thinking as an approach, we can see differences. Design is getting big again. And that\u2019s happening through the use of design thinkings to new kinds of problems \u2013 global warming, education, healthcare, secutiry, clean water. Design is human-centred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
