The N House by XPACE<\/span><\/em><\/strong> will be our topic today. X.PACE Design Group<\/strong> is an architecture & Design studio focused on creating innovative spaces, visual and technological solutions in architecture, product design & Interior design. The N House<\/strong> is a modern high-end residential project in Australia. The house was originally designed by X.PACE, it was one of their first initiatives. The building was never completed according to their plans, but there was a chance for a second cherry twenty years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were delighted to be requested to update their own work. The building remained unchanged in terms of both nature and form and the interiors are what they\u2019ve altered. They installed fresh finishes, primarily made of wood in a refined and understated manner, covering the building\u2019s center core, which extends from the top floor, where the entrance sits, to four levels below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spiral stairs with a single center of curvature and a large radius, a wood floor with a lighting scheme that introduces a twist and brings a different feel to the space. The large skylight above the helical white stair is still located atop the zinc roof, which is still inclined to let in northern light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior design was inspired by the serene, restrained, but firm look of Nordic marine architecture. This is also the location where they created detail and altered the sliding doors to allow the interior and outside to be on an even level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
