The Mursi Rug is a hand-tufted Tencel rug inspired by the Mursi Group. The Mursi Group is a Nilotic pastoral tribe that lives in Southwestern Ethiopia, who believe in a higher force coming from the sky, called Tumwi. The Mursi Rug combines body painting motifs with animal footprints, creating the abstract pattern found in this amazing rug.
