Imperial Snake II carries the snake, a mythological symbol of the power of life and of transformation found across many cultures, into a palette of warm ochre, terracotta red and cream: a black-and-white banded serpent curls across concentric bands of colour. Hand-tufted in natural wool and botanical silk and handcrafted in Portugal by Rug’Society, it is a variation of the original Imperial Snake, one of the brand’s best sellers. Colours, shapes, textures and patterns can be adapted to each project, and clients who wish to go further can work towards a bespoke rug that is theirs alone.
