PAD London is the only fair in the UK that is solely devoted to 20th-century and modern Design. It was established in 2007 by fourth-generation Parisian antique dealer Patrick Perrin. Every October, a week-long festival is held on Berkeley Square in the upscale Mayfair neighborhood of London. The companion event to PAD London is PAD Paris, which debuted in 1998 and is held annually in April in the Jardin des Tuileries. The 2022 edition (10-16 October) is stepping up the ante with a number of new exhibitors among its 62 galleries, adding to the fair’s reputation for exploring every facet of great design, from the prestige brands of the early 20th century to the youngest practitioners with an eye on sustainability.
